One of the most popular decals you see everywhere. Typically one-color vinyl decals; however, multiple colors are available. The decal is the image only. This means there is no backing material (clear). Our machine die-cuts the vinyl according to artwork and applies a pre-masking for easy application. Made with UV resistant gloss vinyl with a variety of colors to choose from. Conforms to flat surfaces or mild curvatures.

Installation: Not included. $65/hour within Greater MN market area. Die-Cut Vinyl Decals can be installed on a wide variety of surfaces and areas, so installation time can vary largely from one job to another.

Supplied Artwork: Die-Cut Vinyl Decals are much different than digitally printed decals. Art files must be very clean vector files. Common files are in .ai, .eps, .cdr.
Printed on white or yellow vinyl (if yellow vinyl is desired, please specify). Quantities of 125 or more may be screen printed on removable vinyl. High initial tack makes for easy application, yet they can be removed within 6 months of application.

Full Color Square or Round-Cut Decals (Vinyl or Clear)
Full-color square or round-cut vinyl or clear polyester decals are printed with permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive. These durable decals are suitable for indoor or outdoor use. For face adhesive decals, clear polyester must be used. This product is square or round-cut only.

Spot Color Square-Cut Decals (Vinyl or Clear)
Square-cut vinyl or clear polyester decals are printed with permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive. These durable decals are suitable for indoor or outdoor use. For face adhesive decals, clear polyester must be used. This product is square-cut only.

Custom-Shape Decals (Vinyl or Clear)
Custom-Shape vinyl or clear polyester decals are printed with permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive with the outside die-cut to any shape. These durable decals are suitable for outdoor use and have the outside die-cut to any shape. For face adhesive decals, clear polyester must be used.

Custom full-color decals printed on thick high-performance vinyl with a specially formulated adhesive that conforms to rounded surfaces, such as helmets, and is strong enough to resist abrasion.

Square or Round-Cut Removable or Blockout Decals
Removable decals are digitally printed and supplied with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that is formulated with the lowest level of adhesion, allowing for easy removal of decal without leaving adhesive residue. Up to 2 years durability. Recommended for short term use. Blockout decals are printed with permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive with additional opacity allowing you to easily cover up existing copy and graphics. These durable decals are suitable for indoor or outdoor use and are square or round-cut only.

These decals are square or round-cut only and are made of .007″ white or clear static-adhering stock and do not use any adhesive; static holds the decal firmly in place, allowing for easy removal and reapplication without leaving adhesive residue. Designed for temporary applications to glass. Decals are printed on one side standard with static on back side.

Metallic decals are supplied with a permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive. Full-color graphics are printed on a variety of materials that each create their own custom look to your decal that cannot be duplicated with basic decal materials. Choice of: silver metallic, gold metallic, gold leaf, silver leaf, small engine turn gold, large engine turn gold, diamond plate, and (red, blue, gold, or silver ) dazzler.

Reflective decals are supplied with a permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive. Full-color graphics are printed on a reflective material specially designed for night-time visibility. Reflective material colors: white, red, orange, blue, yellow, green, or gold. Recommended white color reflective for better visibility with artwork involving full-color graphics.
